Get Shift Done, founded by Patrick Brandt and Anurag Jain is an organization that has created a concept to employ displaced workers within the hospitality industry due to the pandemic with the assistance of local non-profits and food banks.  The mission quickly expanded and is now in 11 cities including Northwest Arkansas to help activate and stabilize local communities and economies.
