On this episode of the podcast, we sit down with NWA Realtor, Chris Dinwiddie, from The Exclusive Real Estate Group. Chris is originally from Central Arkansas where he went to college and then made his way up to Fayetteville to attend Law School. After deciding that he didn’t want to spend the rest of his life in a courtroom Chris decided to take his legal experience and pivot into Real Estate. Chris is a natural salesman with a strong work ethic. A combination that works well in the Real Estate business.
Learn how Chris got started with the Exclusive Real Estate Group and how his team of agents has developed a following in Northwest Arkansas from Bella Vista to the North to Fayetteville in the South and everything in between.
Chris is familiar with several large real estate markets around the country and thinks that Northwest Arkansas is one of the strongest that he’s been involved with.
Chris is big on community and his newest project at Mission Heights on the East Side of Fayetteville captures the essence of this theme of community and being in a place where “everyone knows your name!”
Chris has some Real Estate tips to help you get a good deal in Northwest Arkansas:
- If you are relocating to the area you may want to consider renting for the first year to get acclimated to where you may want to live.
- Seek out a Realtor that knows the area well.
- Even though there isn’t a lot of housing inventory on the market right now in NWA, it still pays to be patient to find the house you really want to call home.
